Rooftop Pizza: Cubierta

You know what's fancy? Eating pizza on a rooftop in Horie.
Located on the roof of the MEBURO16 Building, Cubierta is one of my
favorite spots for pizza in the summer.
The terrace-style seating makes it great for parties and DAY BEERS.
Who doesn't like day beer???
But it is really humid in the summer, so be prepared to sweat.
I'm a big fan of caesar salad. This one has walnuts and a tangy-sweet citrus dressing. And of course, the pizza is good. I like the one with pickled red onions, prosciutto and jalapeno peppers.

The lights at night are pretty cool too.
Maybe after rainy season ends I'll head down south again.
