お盆休み３: Monet Garden

I was extremely excited to go to the Monet lily pond inspired garden and must say, photos can't capture the true beauty of the place. When taking off the camera cap, my lens fogged over due to the humidity and the fact that we had been in a cold cave half an hour ago. Yet, I kind of like the effect.

A light rain dances upon the lilies.

A funky bug takes a break from what ever funky bugs do.

The rain stops and all is calm.

A pink flower is heavy from the tiny silver beads of rain clinging to its petals.

A friendly blue dragonfly lands uninvited on Kaori's shoulder.

We get back in the car, and continue our journey east.
